Vancouver resident wins 2024 PNE Prize Home

One lucky winner from Vancouver just got a brand new home.

On Monday, it was revealed that Vancouverite Ken Wong is the winner of the 2024 PNE Prize Home!



The home is over 3,400 sq. ft. big and was built by Miracon Developments.

Valued at $2.35 million, the home is fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors. It has an EV charger in the 2-car garage, 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a 2-bedroom basement suite.

The PNE also awarded $825,115 to lucky 50/50 winner Kevan Wilkinson of Richmond.
