An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-year-old boy last seen in West Kelowna.
The abducted child, Atlas Andrews, was last seen on Ridge Boulevard in West Kelowna on Tuesday, July 21st at 11:20am.
Atlas is described as a Caucasian boy standing 91 centimetres (3 feet) tall and weighing 23 kilograms (51 pounds). He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Police believe he was abducted by his mother, 40-year-old Alisse Andrews. She is described as Caucasian, standing 164 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches) tall and weighing approximately 55 kilograms (121 pounds), with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are searching for a black 2021 Nissan Qashqai with B.C. licence plate RV003L, which is believed to be associated with the suspect.
“Anyone who may have seen Atlas Andrews, Alisse Andrews or Alisse Andrews’s vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.”
