Vancouver Police are investigating after yet another body was found on the shores of False Creek Wednesday morning.
The body was discovered near Science World close to the shore and police are still investigating the cause of death.
“Preliminary evidence indicates the death is not the result of a crime,” said Cst. Tania Visintin to Anywhere Vancouver in an email.
“BC Coroners service will continue to investigate the cause of death.”
This is just the latest body to be discovered in False Creek.
The remains of Suleiman Khawar, the 23-year-old man who went missing after a night out in downtown Vancouver, were found in False Creek on June 5th. 36-year-old Irshaad Ikbal, who was last seen on Saturday, April 29th, was found dead May 18th after his remains were discovered in the water near the Plaza of Nations.
