In the third quarter, the Canadians were up by 14 points and once again, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander showed off his electric ball-handling skills.
With Canada leading in the fourth quarter, Dillon Brooks was ejected from the game after he picked up his second technical foul for taunting.
With 6:37 remaining in regulation, Doncic was also tossed from the game after receiving his second technical foul.
The Slovenians attempted one final comeback, but it was ultimately too late. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led Canada with 31 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists. RJ Barrett had 24 points and Dillon Brooks chipped in with 14 points of his own.
Canada will now play Serbia for a spot in the gold medal game against either the US or Germany.
