Vancouver Fire Rescue Services (VFRS) responded to a medical emergency involving a worker at a building in Vancouver Monday morning.
A technical rescue team helped rescue a worker in medical distress off the roof a building at East 4th Avenue and Scotia Street.

Crews shared a video showing the worker being transported with help from BC Emergency Health Services.

East 4th Avenue between Main and Scotia Streets, and Scotia Street between 5th and 2nd Avenues remain closed at this time.
