With spring in the air, Dahlia Restaurant & Cocktail Bar has rolled out three new menus to make the most of the warmer days and longer nights.
Located inside downtown Vancouver’s chic hotel, AZUR Legacy Hotel, the new menus were created by hotel Chef Daniel Kenney and his talented culinary team.
Dahlia’s new daily offerings includes a Déjuener d’Affaires (business lunch) menu available from 11am to 2:30pm, happy hour food and drink features from 3pm to 5pm and a signature cherry blossom menu that is now available until April 25th.

Their new business lunch offers a selection of mouth-watering dishes like the lobster and prawn roll, classic croque monsieur, and chicken and apricot brochette. For happy hour, Dahlia offers half dozen oysters, french onion Burger and cocktail churros.

Taking centre stage this month is Dahlia’s cherry blossom menu that features spring-themed plates and cocktails. Capture the magic of sakura with escargot vol-au-vent, lavender crème brûlée, and a cherry blossom passion fruit martini to name a few.
