It’s time to spring forward. Daylight Saving Time returns on Sunday, March 10th.
Clocks will “spring forward” one hour at 2am, meaning longer days full of sunshine and shorter nights.
When the clocks change on Sunday, sunset will be at 7:10pm.

Daylight Saving Time has become increasingly more controversial in recent years. The one-hour time change has been shown to disrupt human circadian rhythms, and has been linked to increased health risks such as depression, obesity and heart attacks.
Since we will all lose an hour of sleep , it’s probably best you go to sleep a little bit earlier Saturday night.
