The Vancouver Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in East Vancouver Wednesday morning.
Police were called just before 3:30am today for “reports of a man in medical distress” on Union Street, just east of Main Street. First responders located a 32-year-old who had been stabbed.
The victim died before he could be taken to hospital.
Police say no arrests have been made at this time. Investigators from VPD’s Forensic Identification Unit and Major Crime Section will be canvasing the area for evidence.
