Comedy royalty is coming to Vancouver next month.
Legendary comedian Dave Chappelle is performing at Rogers Arena on Sunday, December 7th as part of his latest tour, which includes stops in Calgary, Edmonton, Portland and Seattle.
“This upcoming series of shows in December arrive amid a landmark period in Chappelle’s career, as he continues to deliver sharp, unfiltered stand-up to sold-out audiences across North America,” reads a release. “Each show promises the incisive humour, cultural perspective, and unmistakable stage presence that have cemented his status as one of the greatest comedians of all time.”

An award-winning comedian, actor, screenwriter, and producer, Chappelle is widely considered one of the greatest comedic talents of all time.
Despite his popularity, a previous Netflix special of his sparked backlash due to jokes made about the LGBTQ+ community.
No cellphones will be allowed at the show. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart glasses, smartwatches, and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out by security.
