Light Up the Night 2024
A special 1.5 km lantern lit trail awaits you in Surrey this October. The annual Light Up the Night event is happening at Tynehead Regional Park on Friday, October 25th.
Meander through this peaceful salmon rainforest while watching for “magical” animal lanterns. This small intimate experience will give you time to reflect and take in the beauty of nature at night.

Attendees must register ahead of time and admission is $5 per person. Registration includes salmon fun facts and video instructions on how to make your own lantern at home, which you are more than welcome to bring!
