Lights by the Lake 2023
This holiday season, Harrison Hot Springs is transforming into a magical world of lights. Lights by the Lake will shine bright from Saturday November 18th, 2023 until Sunday January 7th, 2024.
Visitors will get to stroll along Harrison’s promenade, while taking in the warm glow of Christmas lights and charming winter window paintings. These magical lights highlight the local wildlife and the Sasquatch’s favourite Harrison Hot Springs activities.
Holiday lights will illuminate the 2 km long waterfront space and promise to be magical.

“Look for the Sasquatch fishing for sturgeon, or keeping warm by the fire, a flock of geese under the canopy of a weeping willow or get in for a group shot with the fun painted selfie stands featuring delightful creatures,” reads the event website.

Decorated storefronts, wondrous weeping Christmas trees, and old fashioned lamp standards all await you on this amazing holiday experience.
If you’re in need of a seasonal drink, stop by one of the local cafes or restaurants, who will also provide you with a guide to Harrison’s Christmas Tree Trail.
The opening day of Lights by the Lake will have photos with Santa and Sasquatch, free hot chocolate, Christmas carols, airbrush tattoos and an adorable pet parade! Holiday lights will be illuminated daily from dusk to 11pm.
