Pet-A-Palooza 2024
North America’s largest pet festival is returning to Vancouver this August!
Pet-A-Palooza, aka Day of the Dog, is taking over Yaletown on Sunday, August 25th for another pawtastic party!
Described as the “social event of the year for dogs and their people,” the event features photo opportunities, lots of fun attractions, and more!
This year’s event will once again have a 100 ft. pool party for dogs right in the middle of the city, featuring a DJ, pool floaties, and plenty of swag!

There will also be a pie eating competition, a special brunch for dogs, and plenty of exhibitors to check out.
It wouldn’t be Pet-A-Palooza without the return of their popular dog races! Categories this year include fastest dog, running of the bulls (French Bulldogs), you did what with your wiener? (Wiener Dogs), Corgi races (NEW), and Doodle Dog Mania (NEW).
