Spring at Maan Farms
Spring is always a beautiful time here in BC, and for the first time ever, a new “tulip forest” is set to bloom near Vancouver.
As part of its annual Spring at the Farm event, Maan Farms is opening Canada’s first tulip forest in Abbotsford.
Situated in the Fraser Valley, Maan Farms’ spring festivities include cute farm animals, a plethora of photo opportunities, seasonal treats, and more!
“When we added the forest to our farm a few years ago, the safe choice would have been to clear space for traditional crops. However, we feel that farming is about taking risks and trusting your gut. We decided to take a chance on blending agriculture with the area’s untouched beauty,” said Amir Maan, in a release.
“First, came the Forest Pumpkin Patch and, now, we are sharing the Tulip Forest. Everything we develop is to give our guests beautified areas to create meaningful moments.”

Guests of all ages can discover two acres of vibrant blooms that features a beautiful forest backdrop, perfect for all your spring-inspired photos. Capture that perfect shot with installations that include an enchanting mushroom house, ‘Hop Into Spring’ sign, oversized chair, swings, kissing booth, and butterfly wings!
Also returning this year on select days is Baby Animal Easter (BAE) Days. Take part in this hands-on experience that allows guests to interact with bunnies, chicks, ducklings, lambs, calves, goats, and pigs. Over the Easter long weekend, little ones can hop along
with the Easter Bunny and join the rush of the Golden Egg Hunt!

Of course, we can never forget about their delicious seasonal treats courtesy of Mama Maan’s Country Kitchen. Try their lemon mini donuts, carrot cake,and a limited-edition wine called Flora. Their signature dishes such as butter chicken and chickpea curry bowls, classic Canadian poutine, and samosas will all be available for purchase as well.
How about our four legged friends? Dogs are welcome at the farm on April 6, 9, 14, 17, 23, and 26.
Spring at the Farm will be open daily from April 5th until mid-May.
