PICAchef in Provence: A Julia Child-Inspired Pop-Up Dinner
The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is hosting the Provence Julia Child Inspired Pop-Up Dinner on Wednesday, June 4th. Guests are invited to go on an immersive dining adventure with Chef Ben Kiely and students from their Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry programs.

“Art of Teppanyaki” menu at Kobe

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse
About: Kobe’s signature Art of Teppanyaki set menu has been extended for all of June!
The menu features appetizers (seasonal vegetables, grilled shrimp, Shabu Shabu soup), flame-kissed and butter-basted tiger prawns, premium-cut sirloin steak and tender teriyaki chicken, sautéed bean sprouts, steamed Japanese rice and artisanal gelato for dessert for only $58 per person.

Summer Series at Mon Paris Pâtisserie
About: Talk about a sweet summer celebration. Chef/Owner Elena Krasnova invites guests to go on a delectable journey through France’s most iconic pastries with her new Summer Series. Running every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, one classic French pastry will be available each weekend at both locations.
The series kicks off on June 7th with the Kouign-Amann, a caramelized, buttery pastry from Brittany.

Kinton Ramen is celebrating summer with a seasonal lineup of refreshing, limited-time dishes to help you beat the heat. Dishes include the Chilled Tsukemen (thick noodles served cold with a bold dipping sauce, pork, seasoned egg, and shredded nori), the Golden Chill Ramen Salad (tossed in sesame dressing with chicken, arugula, and crispy toppings) and the Spicy Mazemen, (saucy, brothless bowl of spicy beef, corn, and poached egg).

Lorette Brasserie, Whistler’s newest dining destination, is celebrating spring with an irresistible special: 3 for $30 small plates and half-price oysters!

Sunday Pasta Table and “Daily Bistro” Menus at Honey Salt
Honey Salt has introduced a new Sunday Pasta Table Menu that features dishes such as caesar salad, Shrimp Scampi and Tiramisu. This three-course menu is available from 5pm for $39 per person.
The Parq dining destination has also rolled out a three-course prix-fixe Daily Bistro Menu. Highlights include an Organic Heirloom Tomato Salad, classic Seafood Bouillabaisse, Chicken Cordon Bleu and more! Priced at $42 per person, this menu is available Mondays through Saturdays from 3pm to close.

Spoils & Victory Hour Menus at The Victor
The old adage of “to the Victor belongs the spoils” comes into focus at the city’s most elegant surf & turf restaurant thanks to their new ‘Spoils’ and ‘Victory Hour’ menus.
The ‘Spoils’ menu, available Sundays to Thursdays starting at 5pm, showcases a trio of expertly prepared steak dinners served with Japanese Milk Bread, Mashed Potatoes, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Chimichurri Sauce and includes a slow-roasted 12oz Northern Gold Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding. Tackle a 28oz USDA Prime Porterhouse for $140 or a show-stopping 55oz USDA Prime Tomahawk for $245.
If you’re looking for something a little lighter, the Victor’s ‘Victory Hour’ menu is an excellent choice. The menu features a variety of hot snacks, small plates and chilled sushi and raw bar specialties that includes fresh-shucked Fanny Bay Oysters and a marquee Royal Chilled Seafood Platter. This menu is available Mondays through Saturdays from 5pm to 7pm, Sundays from 3pm to 7pm, and Sundays to Thursdays from 9pm to close.

The Sandbar’s Sunday Night Seafood Boil for Two is back! Enjoy a full pound of mussels and clams, jumbo prawns, two lobster tails, andouille sausage, potatoes, and local corn on the cob, all simmered in a flavourful Old Bay broth for just $109.

The Victor is turning up the heat for summer! The Victor is hosting a Rooftop Woodfire BBQ Bash on Thursday, June 19th. Happening on the beautiful Level SIX rooftop patio, attendees will get to enjoy weeping city skyline views, live-fire cooking, vibrant flavours, and sizzling vibes!
Over on the BBQ, enjoy flame-kissed Carne Asada, Peri-Peri Chicken, grilled corn, and stuffed poblano peppers, served with Spanish rice and house-made chimichurris. There will also be welcome canapes, a sorbet station, live music, a churros cart, and more!

Dahlia Restaurant and Cocktail Bar
Executive Chef Daniel Kenney is turning heads with a new menu that draws inspiration from the sun-soaked coasts of the French Riviera and Italian coastline.
The menu combines Pacific Northwest ingredients with Mediterranean flair to create dishes such as Spring Salmon Tartare with dill and salmon roe, Hand-made Black Truffle Tortellini in a rich four-cheese sauce and Branzino with tomato olive ragu.
Available daily for lunch (11 am to 3pm), Happy Hour (3pm to 6pm) and dinner (5pm to 10pm)

To kick off a new month, Loam Bistro has unveiled two new decadent Bennies. First up is the Lobster & Tarragon Benny, starring butter-poached Atlantic lobster on a toasted brioche round, topped with soft-poached eggs and a velvety tarragon hollandaise. For a smoky twist, the BBQ Pork Shoulder Benny delivers slow-cooked, tender pork paired perfectly with the same elegant accompaniments. Both dishes are served with a crisp shaved asparagus and fennel salad
