Vancouver had a very special moment at last night’s Golden Globes. While speaking with etalk, American actor and comedian Jack Black gave a shout out to arguably Vancouver’s most famous and grueling hike, the Grouse Grind.

“I like Canada,” said Black to etalk host Tyrone Edwards.

“Vancouver! Have you ever been to Vancouver?”

Black continued on and talked about the Grouse Grind.

“You ever hike up that mountain there, the Grouse Grind? You get to the top, you drink that smoothie.”
