Yaletown will soon be home a new mixed-use hotel and residential tower.
Vancouver City Council has unanimously approved a 29-storey mixed-use tower by Nonni Property Group (NPG), featuring hotel, retail, and residential space.
The approved rezoning for 888–896 Cambie Street will deliver 180 purpose-built rental homes, ground-floor retail space, and a 246-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.

Located just steps from BC Place and Rogers Arena in Vancouver’s stadium district, the tower is being designed by McKinley Studio. The mix-use tower will showcase a contemporary West Coast aesthetic anchored by an active, pedestrian-oriented street presence.
The development also promises to add a signature restaurant and bar.

Nonni Property Group (NPG)
Nonni has secured a 25-year franchise agreement with Marriott International for an Autograph Collection Hotel, which will be managed by Hotel Equities.

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2028.
