A popular West Vancouver brunch restaurant is giving guests even more reasons to come enjoy a unique dining experience in Ambleside.
Meréon has introduced a new happy hour and dinner service to their menu. These new additions were developed by Mèreon Owner Ophelia Arida and well-known Vancouver restaurateur/chef Emmanuel Joinville.
Joinville was driving force behind the beloved Gastown Bar à Vin Jules Bistro. Jules Bistro closed its doors following a final night of service on New Year’s Eve.
Meréon’s dinner menu is informed by Joinville’s culinary journeys, classic French cuisine, time-honoured techniques, and the bounty of fresh, local ingredients available from BC farms, fields and fishers.
Some of the dishes guests will discover includes Heirloom Tomato & Bocconcini Pearls Salad, Steak au Poivre and West Coast Risotto. Make sure you save some space for their delicious dessert options that include a Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée.
