Downtown Vancouver is about to get a new rooftop restaurant.
Situated on the rooftop of AZUR Legacy Hotel, the newest 5-Star boutique hotel in the city, Lavantine Restaurant & Skybar is set to welcome guests this May.
This new Middle Eastern restaurant invites guests to immerse themselves in a world of enchantment and delight in an urban garden oasis.
“Whether it’s a romantic evening affair or after-work gathering with friends, guests at Lavantine will be able to indulge in a culinary journey like no other in the heart of Vancouver,” says AZUR Food and Beverage Director Sofia Sayani.
“Lavantine showcases the very best that BC has to offer, an open-concept kitchen where guests can witness the culinary magic firsthand and a bar where they can bask in the breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape and create unforgettable memories.”
AZUR Legacy Collection Hotel
AZUR opened its doors in the summer of 2023, and is first and only property in Western Canada to be part of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World. The downtown Vancouver hotel’s lobby is also home to Dahlia Restaurant & Bar, which serves up delicious cocktails, happy hour specials, dinner options and more.

Lavantine Menu
The Lavantine menu is envisioned and executed by AZUR Chef duo Shyam Longani and Daniel Kenney, and their talented culinary team.
Lavantine offers an array of tantalizing starters such as Watermelon Salad and Grilled Halloumi to entrees that include Kofta Kebab and Short Rib Tagine. As for dessert, you can’t miss out on their Baklava and Pistachio Gelato!
AZUR Legacy Collection Hotel
Ingredients like molasses, pistachios and pomegranate will be featured prominently throughout the menu.
As for libations, the Skybar will have an array of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines that showcase the very best vines from Old and New World alike and some of the best craft beer from BC’s burgeoning brewing community. Cocktails are inspired by both Arabian folklore, and the timeless tale of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp.
Opening date
The Lavantine will be open daily from 4pm to 11pm (except Monday).
