The new development would be just steps away from Vancouver’s premier entertainment venues, including BC Place Stadium and Rogers Arena. Another highlight of the development is an upscale 5-star restaurant and bar. Nonni says the restaurant is “designed to energize Vancouver’s entertainment scene and align with the Mayor’s initiative to make the City fun again”.

“As Vancouver continues to grow as a world-class city, with exciting milestones like the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon, it’s clear that we need to expand our hospitality infrastructure,” says Jane Talbot, President and CEO of Downtown Van. “More hotels are essential to meet the demand of the thousands of visitors who will arrive here for major events and tourism. By investing in more rooms and accommodations, we’re ensuring that Vancouver remains a welcoming, accessible destination, while bolstering the local economy.”
