A pedestrian has tragically died in hospital following a collision involving a vehicle in Richmond.
Richmond RCMP responded to the 7000 block of Granville Avenue for a collision involving a pedestrian at around 6am this past Friday.

“The pedestrian was transported to a local area hospital but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries,” said Cpl. Dennis Hwang in a press release.
Investigators say “impairment is not considered a factor” at the moment.
“The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with police.”
