Get ready to go on a culinary journey like no other this week.
The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) is hosting a five-course tribute dinner to Thomas Keller’s Bouchon on Thursday, May 30th.
Guests will be transported via plate and palate to the vineyard town of Yountville in Napa Valley, California, where Keller, the only American-born chef to hold multiple three Michelin Star ratings, founded the beloved bistro back in 1998.
The special dinner pays homage to the traditional French country style of cooking with dishes such as Rillettes aux Deux Saumons, Truite Amandine, Jarret d’Agneau Rôti à la Matignan and many more!
