Want to get paid to scare people? Well, the PNE is giving you the chance to do just that.
The PNE is currently hiring for its 2024 Fright Nights season. Each fall, the amusement park gets transformed into one of the city’s scariest Halloween experiences with haunted houses, rides, creepy décor, and live performances!
The PNE is “on the hunt” for Front of House attendants and actors to help them terrify Fright Nights guests.
Actors hired get paid $19.56 per hour plus 10% in lieu of benefits and vacation. The job description says they are looking for “talented individuals” to help us scare the wits” out of Fright Nights guests. The roles actors will be hired for include large intimidating demons, creepy clowns, and undead Victorian family members.
Successful candidates are required to have completed Grade 11 by September 1, 2024.

If acting isn’t your thing, the PNE is also hiring front of house attendants. This position also pays $19.56 per hour plus 10% in lieu of benefits and vacation.
Front of house attendants will be responsible for the following:
- Provide professional guest service to all Fright Nights attendees
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate attraction rules and guidelines to visiting guests
- Monitor Haunted Attraction line ups
- Track and communicate Haunted Attraction throughput numbers
- Maintain communication with Attraction Supervisor
- Follow safety procedures as required
- Perform other duties as required
Successful candidates are required to have completed Grade 11 by September 1, 2024.
