Richmond RCMP recently caught a motorist driving their car somewhere quite unsafe.
Police caught an individual driving on a sidewalk near Lansdowne Centre in Richmond.

Police say the individual drove on the sidewalk while “waiting to pick someone up”.
Richmond RCMP’s Road Safety Unit managed to stop the driver and say no pedestrian was injured. The driver received a $81 fine and two points on their drivers license.
One online user thinks the driver should’ve receive a stiffer fine.
