A surprising discovery was made in Mission late last week.
On November 16th, Mission RCMP received a report that “multiple packages of drugs” had been found in the “ceiling of public restroom” in Mission.
Cocaine was found when a maintenance worker opened up a ceiling panel.

“A maintenance person opened up a ceiling panel while doing some work in the building, and located half a kilogram of cocaine split into multiple packages, which police believe was likely put there by one drug dealer for another dealer to pickup,” said police in a statement.
Police have not identified who the drugs belong to, but are asking the person to come forward.
“If the drugs are yours and you want to report them lost or stolen, please call Mission RCMP at 604-826-7161. We will set up an interview at your convenience in jail cell number 3.”
“Please bring proof of purchase, or some other form of evidence so we can confirm the drugs are yours.”
