A semi truck has flipped over on Highway 99 in Delta Monday afternoon.
The truck rolled over onto the center median, blocking both the left and right southbound lane near the Highway 91 onramp.

As of 4:52pm, the southbound right lane has been cleared. The southbound left lane remains closed to traffic.
Drivers are reminded to pass with caution and expect major delays.
