A classic steakhouse experience awaits you at this local Surrey restaurant.
Skye Avenue Kitchen & Lounge has rolled out a special Butcher’s Block menu that showcases prime cuts from top providers available exclusively only this July.
The limited-edition menu, available nightly, offers a mouth-watering selection of Canadian Prime, USDA and grass-fed choice cuts sourced from top providers in North America and beyond like Alberta’s Brant Lake Cattle Co., Idaho’s Snake River Farms, Washington State’s Double R Ranch and Kagoshima Farms in Japan’s Kagoshima Prefecture, world-renowned for its decadent A5 Wagyu.
Guests can also enjoy gourmet sides and accompaniments.

“We’re dedicating this month to celebrating the classic American steakhouse — the prime cuts, gourmet sides, unmistakable ambiance and top-shelf selection of wines that pair perfectly with each steak,” says Skye Avenue’s Vice President of Hospitality Development Richard Goodine, whose resume includes management roles at respected local steakhouses such as Black + Blue and Joe Fortes Seafood + Chop House.
Skye Avenue’s exclusive Butcher’s Block menu includes a 10oz Wagyu Sirloin Cap, 26oz Porterhouse, and an A5 Wagyu Tenderloin to name just a few.
“It’s the perfect time to introduce Surrey to an authentic steakhouse experience that showcases the butcher’s bona fides on plate and palate and allows our guests to enjoy the best aspects of the steakhouse dining experience right here in their own backyard.”
The 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant, which opened in Surrey’s bustling Central City hub late last year, has 250 seats inside and another 100 seat outside, offering a casually elegant yet expansive space. Their menus showcase truly unique fare with West Coast flair for daily lunch, dinner, happy hour service, and Sunday brunch service.

In addition to their delicious food offerings, Skye’s whiskey lounge showcases the city’s best selection of well-known and rare whiskies from around the world, with more than 3,000 bottles available for customers to choose from. Those thirsty for a drink can also discover their selection of creative libations, wine, and craft beer.
