The D-O-double-G is coming to town next month for a massive party at BC Place!
The BC Lions announced Tuesday morning that Snoop Dogg is headlining their 2025 Concert Kickoff on June 7th! The award-winning rapper will help get the party started before the BC Lions play against Edmonton Elks to open their season.
“The hip hop icon has performed everywhere from the Paris Olympics Closing Ceremonies to the Super Bowl Halftime Show, and will now be taking the stage at BC Place,” said the BC Lions.
Last year, 50 Cent headlined the team’s Concert Kickoff on Save-On-Foods Field at BC Place, drawing a sellout crowd of 53,788.

“I’m very excited to bring Snoop Dogg, one of the most entertaining and decorated rap performers of all-time, to Vancouver to help us begin our 71st season of Lions football,” said owner Amar Doman.
“Concert Kickoff has become the premier event on our city’s summer sports calendar. We’re proud to continue the great tradition with one of the all-time greats.”
Tickets are now on sale, but don’t wait too long! The team has already opened the upper bowl and lower bowl tickets are “extremely limited”.
Doors open at 5pm and the concert begins at 5;45pm. Each game ticket includes admission to the big show.
