Snow Wreaks Havoc On Metro Vancouver Roads (PHOTOS + VIDEOS)

It’s best to stay off the roads today if you can.

Metro Vancouver saw more snow fall overnight and when we all woke up Tuesday morning, we noticed it was still snowing.

This resulted in a nightmarish Tuesday morning commute.

Numerous routes throughout Metro Vancouver saw spun out vehicles and motorists who had a tough time dealing with slushy road conditions.

For quite some time, the Lions Gate Bridge was closed northbound due to multiple vehicles getting stuck in the snow.

The winter weather also forced TransLink to suspend a number of their bus routes and many buses struggled with road conditions.

Environment Canada’s snowfall warning has ended, and snow mixed with rain is expected Tuesday afternoon before conditions clear up.
