Surrey RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 43-year-old man last seen over a week ago.
43-year-old Scott Phillips was reported missing to police on September 29, 2024. He was last seen on September 27, 2024 at a business in the Park and Tilford Mall area in North Vancouver.
He is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 6’1”
- 200 lbs.
- Short brown hair
- Brown eyes
He has multiple tattoos on his legs and arms, including a distinctive tattoo of the word “OKAY” on his fingers of his left hand. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts, sneakers and a dark hat.
Investigators say he may be driving his black Kia Sorento (British Columbia license plate WB354A) and he is known to frequent the Cypress Mountain area.

“Scott is an experienced outdoor enthusiast and he is known to camp in the backcountry” says Sergeant Tammy Lobb. “We are asking the public to keep an eye out for Scott and his vehicle in the backcountry, on trails, or on forest service roads.”
