It’s truly felt like winter this week, and as we head into the weekend, temperatures in Vancouver will have your teeth chattering.
Environment Canada says an arctic airmass is to blame for below seasonal temperatures that will impact the region starting today, which will carry over into next week.
While Friday will be sunny with a daytime high of 5°C, overnight temperatures are set to plunge to a frigid -2°C. With the wind chill, it’ll feel closer to -7°C tonight.
The clear skies will stick around throughout the weekend with daytime highs hovering around 5°C. Overnight temperatures will dip to -3°C both nights.
As we head into the work week, make sure you bundle up and enjoy the sunshine as the typical rainy weather is forecasted to return on Thursday.
