UPDATE: The Lions Gate Bridge has reopened in both directions

A three-vehicle crash on the Stanley Park Causeway has shut down the Lions Gate Bridge in both directions.
The Vancouver Police Department provided the update just before 7pm Saturday evening.

A photo submitted to Anywhere Vancouver shows a badly damaged black Mercedes and a grey SUV at the scene of the collision.
It remains unclear how long the closure will last, and drivers are being asked to take the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge for the rime being.
