Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 13-year-old girl.
Anaiya Bains was last seen at 3:40pm yesterday afternoon on the grounds of John Oliver High School near Fraser Street and East 41st Avenue.

“She never returned home after school and her disappearance is very out of character, leaving her family and friends concerned for her well-being,” said Cst. Tania Visintin.
She is South Asian, 5’7” tall, and has a slim build. She has long black hair, brown eyes, and wears braces. Anaiya was last seen wearing a black Nike hoodie with a white Nike “swoosh” symbol on the left chest area, a white Spiderman t-shirt, grey sweatpants, and white Nike high-top runners. Anaiya was carrying a solid blue/grey Nike backpack and gold headphones at the time.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
