The Victor is celebrating Canada Day with a special charcoal BBQ–inspired patio menu spotlighting premium Canadian ingredients, West Coast wines, and elevated comfort dishes.

To mark the occasion, owner Nick created the Maple & Calamansi Sour, a cocktail inspired by his personal journey between Vietnam and Canada. It combines Canadian Lot 40 rye and maple syrup with calamansi—a citrus fruit widely used in Vietnamese cuisine—creating a flavourful bridge between two culinary cultures.
This pairs perfectly with the Appetizer Platter ($50), a shareable spread designed for the table featuring fresh, flavourful favourites: two spring rolls, two grilled shrimp, two salad rolls, a whole squid, and two chicken skewers (GFO).
