Vancouver weather: Easter long weekend calls for plenty of sunshine

What does the Vancouver weather forecast have in store for us this Easter long weekend? Plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures as the Easter bunny brings joy to local children.



Leading up to the long weekend, the forecast calls for rain and even a risk of a thunderstorm Wednesday afternoon.



Come Friday, Metro Vancouver will see clear skies and a daytime high of 14.°C. Saturday will also see nothing but sunshine and a high of 13°C before temperatures dip to 3°C.

Temperatures climb a little higher on Sunday with a high of 16°C with more clear skies across the region.

Heading into the work week, Monday will see a mix of sun and cloud as temperatures are expected to hit a high of 17°C.
