Before Metro Vancouver was hit with snow Thursday afternoon, Mother Nature had other plans.
A powerful winter storm hammered parts of the seawall in Stanley Park Thursday morning. Environment Canada issued a warning the day before, stating that the region will see “elevated ocean water levels accompanied by significant waves”.
By Sunset Beach, the strong winds washed ashore a boat.
The washed up boat had one Twitter user asking if any barges have broken loose yet.
