Trio of Whistler restaurants unveil new menus and features for spring

In Food by Anywhere Vancouver

Three Whistler restaurants have rolled out new menus and offerings for spring.

We’re talking about Lorette Brasserie (French- and Québécois-inspired), Caramba (European comfort food), and Quattro (Italian), all part of the Paré Restaurant Group.

Lorette is celebrating their first anniversary with the launch of a Breakfast Club promotion that offers guests 15% off food and $10 cocktails including Caesars, Breakfast Margaritas, Mimosas and Lorette Coffee Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9am to 1pm. The promotion launches April 26th, and guests will also receive complimentary glasses of bubbly when dining in on April 26th and April 28th through 30th.

Lorette is also introducing a new three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu that’s priced at $39 per person. Dishes include Ham Hock Soup, Endive and Fuji Apples, Beef Tartare & Bone Marrow, and Beef Cheek Bourguignon.

Over at Caramba, their popular Tappy Hour food and drink feature menu is being extended to Sundays from noon to 5pm. Also available on weekdays from 4pm to 5pm and Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm, the menu includes Braised Meatballs for $5, Pan con Tomate for $6, Sautéed Garlic Prawns for $10, and many more delicious plates!

Both Caramba and Quattro are now offering new three-course spring prix-fixe menus, priced at $36 and $44 per person, respectively, plus tax and gratuity.

These seasonal offerings lead into the launch of a new Paré Dining Passport, giving diners a chance to win an exclusive $700 prize package that includes dinner for two at any Paré Restaurant, and a one-night stay at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa. To enter, guests must order one entrée at each of the three Paré restaurants between May 15th and June 30th to collect a stamp in their passport and qualify for the grand prize draw on July 4th.
