Shots fired in White Rock neighbourhood appears to be “targeted incident”

Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in a residential neighbourhood of White Rock.

Just after 12am this morning, White Rock RCMP received 911 calls reporting shots fired in the area of 13900 Marine Drive.

“Police attended the area and located evidence consistent with shots being fired,” said Cst. Chantal Sears.

Investigators say no one was injured.

“The shooting appears to be a targeted incident. It is early in the investigation and a motive has yet to be determined.”
