A body of a 49-year-old woman was found in a South Vancouver residential neighbourhood Wednesday morning.
Officers were called just after 6am when a resident found a deceased woman near Rosemont Drive and East 57th Avenue in Vancouver’s Killarney neighbourhood.
“The cause of her death is under investigation,” said police in a statement to Anywhere Vancouver.

Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.
“No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing,” said Cst. Tania Visintin.
