A Vancouver ice cream and candy shop has unfortunately announced that they are closing one of their locations in the city.
Yum Sweet Shop has announced it’s closing its Kitsilano location.
“It is a very sad day for all of us at Yum, because we have to announce that we have closed our West Broadway location in Kitsilano,” reads a post on their Instagram page.
“For those of you that have supported us over the last several years at both of our locations a huge, thank you!”

Their Kitsilano location opened two years ago, featuring ice cream, and a large assortment of candy and sweets.
The good news is that Yum’s Main Street location remains open!
“Our Main Street store is open and loaded up with great product and treats for you and your families. We would love to see your smiling faces.”
